There are many ways of adding extra Disney magic to your daily life or to your Disney trips, and one of my personal favorites is DisneyBounding. That’s why I put together 5 Easy Pink DisneyBound Ideas for you to try!
If you’re not familiar with the term, DisneyBounding is a way of showing your love for any Disney character by dressing up in an outfit that takes inspiration from them. To do so, you can use the same colors, patterns, or style as a character, all while using clothes that you would normally wear in your everyday life or to the parks. A good way of making your DisneyBound ever better is by using accessories. However, you need to remember that DisneyBounding isn’t wearing a costume. In fact, people who are 14 years old or older aren’t allowed to wear costumes to the Disney parks unless there’s a special event going on.
Creating a DisneyBound is super simple and fun. In fact, planning them before my trips makes me feel the magic before I leave. Also, wearing a DisneyBound will improve interactions with other guests, characters, and Cast Members greatly. Since pink is my favorite color, I thought you would like to try one of these 5 Easy Pink DisneyBound Ideas during your next trip, or just for fun. I added some Amazon links to items that are useful for the bounds, and I might make a small commission if you shop through them at no extra cost to you.
PIGLET

Dear Piglet is the smallest of the 100 Acre Wood crew and Pooh’s bestie. He’s very crafty and inventive and loves to spend time at home. He is pale pink and has darker ears and is always wearing a dark pink sleeveless sweater that has some stripes. He also likes to wear scarves sometimes.
For this first pink DisneyBound, I chose light pink shorts, a dark pink tank top, pink heart-shaped earrings, light pink hair ties (with which I styled my hair like ears), and a matching light pink bag. The reason why I chose those earrings is because of one of my favorite Piglet and Poo quotes:
“How do you spell ‘love’?” – “You don’t spell it. You feel it”
-Piglet and Pooh

MISS PIGGY
If you’ve seen The Muppets, you know that Miss Piggy is the real star of the show. This truie diva is all about glitz and glamour. Because of that, I thought it would be fun to go for an Old Hollywood style. This DisneyBound works really well with the theme of the Tower of Terror DHS and WDS. (If you want to become more familiar with Disney acronyms, click here). Out of all her beautiful outfits, her Gentlemen Prefer Blondes-inspired pink dress is the best for moi.
For this pink DisneyBound, I went with a long-sleeved old rose velvet dress, a sparkly and glamorous white scarf, and black hose. I made sure to ice up my look with diamond-like earrings and a pearl necklace. I recommend styling your hair by giving a lot of volume. You could also wear pair of pink Mickey ears or a pink headband to complete the look.

BOO

Mary Gibbs (a.k.a Boo) is the cutest little scarer in Monstropolis. This curious Young Lady is one of the main characters of Monsters Inc. She is the reason why the Scare Floor was changed to the Laugh floor. Boo loves calling Sulley “kitty” and shouting “Mike Wazowski”. Miss Gibbs wears an over-sized pink t-shirt, purple leggings, and white socks. Since her door is decorated with flowers, I thought it would be fun to give this look a ’60s twist.
For this pink DisneyBound, I paired a tight sleeveless dress with some purple tights. The key to nailing this DisneyBound is wearing white socks and styling your hair with two piggy tails. Remember that you can never go wrong with a pair of Mickey ears if you want to wear some accessories.

CINDERELLA
I know what you’re going to say, “Cinderella? Wasn’t her dress blue?”. Yes, but before the Fairy Godmother bibbidi bobbidied her a new dress, she dreamt of wearing her late mother’s beautiful pink dress. Her mice and bird friends helped her fix it up so she could attend the ball. But her mean stepsisters tore it apart out of jealousy. I really loved that look on her and seeing her with her hair half down.
For this pink DisneyBound, I found a ruffled light pink dress, and I added an old rose pink bow to the front. Since her dress has white sleeves and hem, I added a white scarf to the look. I wore a beaded blue necklace like hers and some pink butterfly earrings as a nod to the live-action movie. If you want to add a pair of Mickey ears, you could wear some like my Rose Gold ears.

WANDA MAXIMOFF

After religiously watching every episode on Disney+ and eagerly waiting for the next, it was only fair that I gave WandaVision some love in this list. Wanda had some pretty iconic outfits throughout the series, but one of my favorites was her ’80s look. The hair, the vintage pink, the flower print, what’s not to love?.
For this pink DisneyBound, I made sure to style my hair by making it as voluminous as I could. I then tied it up with a cute pink scrunchie, one of the most iconic accessories of the ’80s. I paired vintage pink pants with a white shirt, and a flowered dress over it tucked it in. DisneyBounds aren’t supposed to replicate a character’s look exactly. It’s O.K if you wear pieces of clothes that aren’t quite like theirs. Don’t worry about messing up everything, we have someone else for that!
